About Me
I’m Jarrett Lee. I live in Atlanta, Georgia and work for a financial services company. There, I am one of the UNIX Administrator Subject Matter Experts in the operations center. I love all things computer-related, especially those that are also Apple- or UNIX/Linux-related. Movies, video games, and traveling make up my most cherished activities.
About My Site
On this site, built with Apple’s iWeb, you will currently find my contact information, and my resume. As I have time, I will move the public portion of my old blog here and post photo galleries of my travels, my work, and my hobbies.
The Old Site
I used to run my own server off of my parent’s DSL line. That server ran OpenBSD, Apache httpd, PHP, and MySQL. The blog package I used was called darcness and was developed by a friend of mine, Robert Quattlebaum. Unfortunately, I no longer have a computer I can leave on 24/7 and I cannot afford real hosting, so the old site had to go; besides, it was hosted on a home internet connection so it was PAINFULLY slow...
